1. Purpose of FeedyForm

FeedyForm is available globally, and there are no age restrictions to use our platform. However, by registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

To access our services, users must register an account. Registration requires providing a valid email address and agreeing to these Terms. Once registered, users can create forms and access free or paid features, depending on their subscription plan.

3. Plans and Payments

FeedyForm offers a free plan with basic features and a paid plan that unlocks advanced functionalities.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payments for the paid plan are processed securely through Stripe. Accepted payment methods include Link, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and major credit/debit cards.

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

• If the product does not function as intended.
• If a user forgets to cancel their subscription, they may request a refund within five (5) days of renewal.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Conducting illegal activities.
• Sharing offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
• Using the platform to distribute spam or malicious software.

4.2 Ownership of Content

Users retain ownership of the content they create, including forms and any data collected through them. FeedyForm does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

5.1 Warnings and Suspension

If a user violates these Terms, FeedyForm will issue a warning. After three (3) warnings, the user's account may be suspended or terminated.

5.2 Immediate Termination

Severe violations, such as engaging in illegal activities, may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

6. Service Availability and Limitations

6.1 Service Availability

FeedyForm strives to operate 24/7. However, during periods of high traffic or server saturation, the platform may experience temporary outages. We will work diligently to restore services promptly.

6.2 No Guarantee of Continuous Functionality

While we make every effort to ensure the platform's reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

7. Updates to Terms and Services

7.1 Changes to Terms

FeedyForm reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and it is the user's responsibility to review them periodically.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.3 Maximum Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in the past six (6) months.

12. Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome user feedback and suggestions to improve our platform. By submitting feedback, you grant FeedyForm the right to use it without restrictions or compensation.

13. Third-Party Services
